KDD is proud to support the Dasman Diabetes Institute in its ongoing commitment to advancing clinical research that improves metabolic health in Kuwait and the wider region.
As part of this effort, we wish to highlight the LEAN-PREP Study, a six-month clinical research trial investigating how insulin resistance, resistance exercise, and protein intake influence muscle mass, physical function, and metabolic health during medically supported weight loss.
The LEAN-PREP Study addresses an important public-health question: how to preserve muscle and physical function while improving metabolic outcomes during weight loss. Findings from this research will contribute to evidence-based strategies for healthier, more sustainable weight-management approaches.
We strongly encourage eligible members of the public in Kuwait to consider participating in this important study and to join the LEAN-PREP trial in support of advancing scientific knowledge and community health.
